By accessing or using SpeakyVoice ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SpeakyVoice is an AI-powered voice language tutor application. We provide real-time voice conversations with AI tutors across various roleplay scenarios (such as cafes, airports, and job interviews) to help users practice speaking foreign languages.
The service includes built-in audio players, text-free listening modes, and the saving of chat history and progress. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of SpeakyVoice, you must register for an account using supported authentication methods such as Google OAuth or Telegram login.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
SpeakyVoice offers various service tiers, including:
- Free Plan: Access to basic grammar lessons and learning materials without AI voice practice.
- Paid Subscriptions: Monthly subscription plans that include AI voice practice minutes, access to all tutors and roleplay scenarios, and additional features. A free trial period may be available for new subscribers who provide a valid payment method.
- Minute Packs: One-time purchases of additional voice practice minutes that do not expire.
Current pricing, plan details, and included features are displayed on our website at speakyvoice.com. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but we will notify existing subscribers before any price changes take effect on their accounts.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, PayPro Global. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. SpeakyVoice never directly receives or stores your credit card information.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle (monthly) and will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with SpeakyVoice. Our refund rules are as follows:
Subscriptions (Starter, Pro)
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Minute Packs (One-time purchases)
A full refund for minute packs is available within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the purchased minutes have been used.
No Refunds Apply To:
- Used minutes beyond the 10% threshold.
- Expired free trial conversions that were not canceled prior to the charge.
How to Request a Refund:
Email us at contact.speakyvoice@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via PayPro Global and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Acceptable Use
When using SpeakyVoice, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service or our AI models.
- Share your account credentials or subscription benefits with others.
- Submit abusive, harassing, or harmful content during AI interactions.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the service.
8. Intellectual Property
SpeakyVoice retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including its software, designs, trademarks, and content. The AI-generated content produced during your practice sessions is not permanently stored or claimed as your exclusive intellectual property.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the service, the accuracy of the AI tutors, or that using the service will result in language fluency.
SpeakyVoice disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakyVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
